Starting today, you can schedule your own arraignments at traffic court and view copies of your citations using the Defendant Portal within the Contra Costa Superior Court’s Traffic Public Portal.
Additional information concerning the Court’s processes for Traffic matters may be found at this link.
“The Defendant Portal is part of the Court’s continued commitment to expanding access to justice through use of technology,” Court officials said. “It follows both the activation of the Traffic Portal itself and the enabling of MyCitations, which allows users to look up citations online and to request fee reductions, extensions in time, or community service alternatives based on their financial situation.”
