Sailing Goat, an outdoor eatery featuring wood fired pizzas and coastal cuisine at Point San Pablo Harbor, is celebrating its “One Year Anniversary Celebration” Sunday, April 28 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Richmond eatery owned by Chef Arnon Oren of Anaviv’s Table (formerly of Chez Panisse’s kitchen) invites the community to celebrate the milestone with food and live music.

Keren Gaiser & Friends will perform from noon to 2 p.m. and Brazilian Happiness with Mais Bossa from 4-7 p.m.

Gaiser is an award-winning artist who has released numerous albums and will sing both Hebrew and English songs during the event. “We will play old and new favorite Israeli songs, as well as a few familiar American songs,” she said.

Brazilian Happiness with Mais Bossa will feature bossa nova classics and deep cuts along with Brazilian-seasoned takes on American classics. Marcia Jacomo will perform vocals; Alex Calatayud on percussion; Patrick Langham on the bass guitar; and Billy Larkin on jazz piano.

Sailing Goat is located at 1900 Stenmark Dr. in Richmond. Check out the menu, which is prepared by Head Chef Ross Kaplan. Questions? Call (510) 847-7426.
