Sailing Goat Restaurant recently announced its will kick off a “winter concept” on Dec. 1 with a new curated menu and live music.

The restaurant located at Point San Pablo Harbor in Richmond described its concept as “a cozy, casual, and welcoming bistro experience with elevated table service, a new curated menu, classy musical duos, trios, and occasional quartets to complement the dinner hours, and Saturday and Sunday brunch.”

Sailing Goat focuses on locally-sourced foods, including seafood often purchased directly from the harbor’s boats.

The Sailing Goat Restaurant is the latest venture by Chef Arnon Oren, owner of the former Anaviv’s Open Market and a Chez Panisse kitchen alum. It opened in late April in the waterfront space once occupied by Black Star Pirate BBQ. Read our introduction to the restaurant here.
