Richmond Little League readies for registrations

Richmond Little League is ready to launch its 2024 season at the first of various registration events Sat., Oct. 21 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Richmond Police Activities League (RPAL). Registrations are also available now at RPAL Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 2024 Spring Season home field will be Nicholl Park in Richmond, with practices hitting the diamond Jan. 6 and the season continuing through July. Teeball, baseball and softball are available to boys and girls ranging in age from 4 years old to 16. Registrations are open to youth of all skill levels.

Registration for teeball is available for $85 for boys and girls ages 4-6 years, and they will learn basic skills and game play. Baseball and softball is $175 (each additional player is $145), with options for co-ed baseball for ages 7-14 and girls softball for ages 7 to 16. Sibling discounts are available and these teams are also open to players of all skill levels. Prices increase starting in January 2024.
