Curious Explorers Academy (CEA), a Richmond preschool serving three-and-four-year-old children, is celebrating the “Grand Opening” of its new location Sat., Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The preschool, which has been operating in the city for five years, “recently acquired the old post office at 200 Broadway, Richmond 94804 and renovated it for school use,” said the academy’s owner and Director Amrita Ghai. She added that they are expanding and enrolling new students.

The Grand Opening will offer interested families tours of the academy’s new home, a chance to meet teachers and students and games and activities for the family. Ghai said the academy plans to have “the Richmond Fire Dept. attend with a rig, food from Tacos El Chino and family friendly activities.”

Ghai also noted that GRIP’s 36th Annual Harmony Walk will pass right by the academy’s new location during the opening.

“We love being in this community and providing care for students,” said Ghai about the academy. Click here to learn more about CEA.
