Contra Costa Health Services’ (CCHS) COVID-19 Mobile Team Vaccine Clinic will roll up to the Community Housing Development Corporation’s (CHDC) Multicultural Family and Senior Center Fri., May 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a “COVID-19 Booster Shot Clinic” that will administer booster shots and vaccines to those who need them.

The clinic, which will be held at 515 Silver Ave. in Richmond, is a joint partnership between the CCHS and CHDC. It serves community members ages five years and older; those ages 5-11 must be accompanied by an adult and will be asked to complete a screening form.

Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson boosters/vaccines will be administered during the clinic. For more info from CCHS about the relevant timing for booster shots per age group, click here.

Advance registration for the clinic is required; contact CHDC Community Engagement Manager Janine Shaheed at 510-221-2538 or 510-255-9203 to register or for more info. Community members attending the clinic must wear masks and bring their CDC card and ID. Note that an onsite registration form, following the advance registration, will be required.
