EAH Housing is accepting applications (LIHTC + HUD Section 8) Feb. 1 through March 1 for its open waitlist at Crescent Park, an affordable housing apartment community at 5004 Hartnett Ave. in Richmond.
Qualified community members can apply for one bedroom (628 sq. ft., $1,263 rent, minimum one person, maximum three), two bedroom (1,104 sq. ft. $1,661 rent, minimum two people, maximum five), three bedroom (1,203 sq. ft., $1,980 rent, minimum three people, maximum seven) and four bedroom (1,314 sq. ft., $2,138 rent, four people minimum and nine maximum) units. Accessible units are also available. See the flyer for correlating income limits.
To apply, visit EAH Housing’s website. Note that the Management Office is only accepting online applications, however, Crescent Park will mail applications to those requiring a reasonable accommodation. Again, the deadline is March 1 and applications will not be accepted after that date.
