Two upcoming hiring events this month—one held virtually by the California College of the Arts and the other on-site at RichmondWORKS—will offer potential employment opportunities for local residents, according to the Richmond City Manager’s report.
The California College of the Arts (CCA) Virtual Hiring Event is set for Wed., July 14 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; remote interviews will be given throughout it. According to the report, registered individuals will receive a text message when the event begins and will also be notified when their interview is next. At that point, hiring managers will host the interview via text or phone/video call. To register for the Hiring event, text “Arts” to 75000. Learn more about available jobs at CCA here.
On Wed., July 21, from 10 a.m. to noon RichmondWORKS will host an on-site Hiring Event at its office at 330 25th St. in Richmond along with JWilliams Staffing, per the report. “Please come with resumes in-hand and dress to impress,” said organizers in the report.
