Four F-15C Eagle Tactical Fighter Jets will fly over Kaiser Richmond at about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday as part of a statewide flyover to pay tribute to all who are working on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The formation flyover will begin at 10 a.m. with a takeoff from California Air National Guard Base in Fresno, and will then pass over medical facilities in the San Joaquin Valley, Sacramento area and Bay Area. The flyover was initially intended to make it to Southern California, but the 144th Fighter Wing has since canceled that part of the flight plan because Thunderbirds are planning a flyover in that area in the near future.

An updated map and time schedule is below. The flyover is scheduled to reach Richmond at roughly 10:43 a.m.
