Richmond Mayor Tom Butt has announced that he will give his 2020 State of the City address Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 440 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond.
The community is welcome to attend. Those unable to do so may watch live coverage of the mayor’s address on KCRT here or on Comcast Channel 28 and Channel 99 on uVerse.
