They have performed at The White House, The Kennedy Center, The Smithsonian, Tribeca Center/NYC, The Central America Olympics, and many other significant locations.
On Feb. 22, 2020, at 7 p.m., the DC Contemporary Dance Theatre, Washington D.C.’s first multicultural repertory dance company, is set to bring a concert dance performance to the East Bay Center for the Performing Arts at 399 11th St. in Richmond.

The performance includes contemporary, neoclassical, indigenous dances and dances with spoken word, and “brings together East and West Coast arts organizations with shared values, a commitment to diversity, and to the preservation of authenticity in the arts,” organizers said.
DC Contemporary Dance Theatre, which launched in 1984 and has also operated in El Salvador, has held 950 performances reaching over 85,000 audience members worldwide.
