The Bay Area’s NFL teams may not have made it to the Super Bowl this year, but you can still get your game day party on in Richmond. With California’s Los Angeles Rams taking on the New England Patriots, there’s still a great reason to get out and show some state pride during Sunday’s match-up.

To help you in your search for some Sun., Feb. 3, Super Bowl fun, The Rich Life has huddled together a roster of places around Richmond where you can celebrate with friends—along with, perhaps, a beer and a chicken wing in hand.

East Brother Beer Co.

With a brand-new giant projector that will show the Super Bowl on one of its walls—in addition to its large 55’ TV screen behind the bar—East Brother Beer Co. is ready to rock when it comes to game-day viewing. Add in ample seating, a pool table, ping pong, video games and the like, and you have the special sauce for a memory-making Super Bowl Sunday. Richmond Galileo Club

Galileo Club bridges the gap between past and futureOur city’s resident social club, the Richmond Galileo Club at 371 South 23rd St., will be hosting a Super Bowl party starting at 1:30 p.m. Sunday. The club is well-equipped for some game-day fun with two HDTV TVs, a long, well-stocked bar (no host), munchies (bring your own to add to the food mix) and tons of seating. Riggers Loft Wine Company

Riggers Loft Wine Company, located bayside at 1325 Canal Blvd. in Richmond, will host a “Superbowl Sunday Game On!” party from 3-6 p.m. Sunday with a full supply of wine and cider and a special tailgate menu prepared by The Eating, including a choice of: Beefburger, Blackbean burger, Oyster Po’boys, Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich, Deep Fried Dirt Nasty Tots with Smoked BBQ Pork and Cheese Sauce, Deep-fried Buffalo QWngs with Dipping Sauces, Mac and Cheese and Kale Salad with Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese. Come Sunday, Armistice Brewing Company will host its annual “Super Bowl Watch Party,” with the game being shown on both of its downstairs TVs, in addition to its upstairs projector. In addition to a game-day special of Nil-Nil pints being sold for $5 each, the La Santa Torta food truck will be parked throughout the party serving up tasty Mexican food. Give pizza a chance! We tried Richmond’s newest pizzeriaFile Your Way Pizza under the family-friendly Super Bowl party option. Although the eatery doesn’t serve alcohol, it does feature lots of seating, numerous tasty menu options and four large screen TVs that will be showing the Super Bowl on game day.
