The City of Richmond will host an eclipse viewing party at its Main Library on Satruday, Oct. 14, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
The event will encourage attendees to make a pocket solar system, play a fun solar system-themed sorting game, and safely view the eclipse with free solar-viewing glasses, according to the City Manager’s Office.
The eclipse peaks at 9:19 a.m. All ages are welcome.
