The San Pablo Library will celebrate its five-year anniversary, in part, by hosting its second annual Lowriders at the Library event Saturday, Oct. 15.
The festive celebration of lowrider cars and culture will also feature a community resource fair to learn about employment opportunities and more. The free event will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Library located at 13751 San Pablo Ave.
“All ages and abilities are welcome,” Library officials stated on Facebook, adding that those needing special accommodations should contact the Library with 72 hours’ notice.
