The City of San Pablo’s Public Works Department is hosting a Dumpster Day on Saturday, Dec. 4 at 2600 Moraga Road.

The event will run from 7 a.m. till noon or when dumpsters are full, whichever occurs first, the city said.

“This is a chance for incorporated city residents to get rid of any old items,” officials said.

What’s not accepted at this Dumpster Day event: mattresses, electronic devices, tires, batteries or any hazardous materials. Commercial vehicles and moving trucks will not be allowed. Personal vehicles are limited to two cubic yards. Matinenance staff will not unload debris from vehicles, and only those unloading should step outside of the vehicle. Everyone must wear masks at all times and socially distance.

Residents will be asked to show proof of residency through your vehicle’s window (PG&E or EBMUD statement with your address and a photo ID).
