Reporter Kathy Chouteau stopped by Thursday afternoon and reported a constant stream of people coming in and out of the iconic business on Macdonald Avenue across from City Hall.
It is a happy place for so many locals, especially former Council member Corky Booze, a Caspers regular who was there, per usual, chatting with friends and visitors alike on Thursday.
Caspers has seven locations, all in the East Bay, but perhaps none is more reminiscent of home than Richmond’s.
