Summertime is a grasshopper’s leap away and it’s the perfect chance to enjoy an Oakland A’s baseball game—especially when it’s free.

Stop by Richmond’s Main Library, Bayview Branch or West Side Branch to claim vouchers for the whole family. The Main Library said they have a “stack” of vouchers valid for Oakland A’s games occurring during June through August 2023 on Sundays. Aug. 6 is a blackout date.

The vouchers are available for community members on a first come/first served basis. Richmond’s Main Library is located at 325 Civic Center Plaza in Richmond (between Macdonald & Nevin Avenues), (510) 620-6557; the Bayview Branch is at 5100 Hartnett Ave. in Richmond, (510) 620-6566; and the West Side Branch is at 135 Washington Ave. in Point Richmond, (510) 620-6567. Check the hours of operation before heading over to your local library.
