Richmond police are investigating a case of a missing 16-year-old Kenia Cabrera-Delgado and her 1-year-old son Edgar, who were last seen at their Richmond residence on Sunday, March 13. Police suspect that Kenia ran away from home with her son.
“Kenia recently learned that she and her family would be relocating to another state, and became extremely upset with the decision,” police said.
Kenia’s mother discovered early Monday that her Kenia and Edgar, along with their personal belongings, were not longer in the home, and Kenia’s phone service had also been disconnected.
Due to their ages, police say they are concerned for their well-being and are asking the community to be on the lookout for them.
