Assemble Marketplace on the Richmond waterfront is launching its new “Chef & Wine Dinner” series March 10 at 6:30 p.m. with Chef Jonnatan Leiva and Cline Family Cellars. Tickets for parties of one to eight people are $135 per person; reservations are required.
Chef Leiva is known as a San Francisco Rising Star Chef as well as a guest chef at the James Beard Foundation Dinner, while Cline Family Cellars is a family-owned and operated winery in Sonoma that’s marking its 40th anniversary this year.
According to Assemble Marketplace reps, the four-course dinner will begin with table snacks including five-Spice Cured Salmon, Tobiko-French Onion Dip with Chips and Avocado Toast with Pickled Habeneros & Cilantro. Following that serving will be three courses specially paired with labels from the Cline Family Cellars. Wine education and gifts will also be part of the evening experience.
“We are so excited to reopen Assemble as a new and unique experience we are calling Assemble Marketplace,” stated its owners on its website, adding that as part of the space’s reimagining, they will be hosting numerous pop-ups and community-focused events such as the Chef & Wine Dinner. Currently, Assemble is open for lunch service from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday to Saturday.
Assemble Marketplace is located at 1414 Harbour Way South in Richmond. To make reservations for the Chef & Wine Dinner click here and scroll down the page. Learn more about Assemble Marketplace here.
