MCE program offers savings to local small businesses

The San Pablo EDC is encouraging small businesses to benefit from a program that helps them save money on their electric bills.

The organization’s partners, MCE, offer a program for small business owners called Small Business Energy Advantage. As part of the program, MCE will come out and do a free energy assessment of your business. They’ll identify ways you can save energy, like upgrading your lighting—all at no cost to you.

MCE can also help you with no-cost and reduced cost energy upgrades to save more on utility bills. These may include LED lighting retrofits, smart thermostats, room air purifiers, occupancy sensors, and more.
