The Pinole Classic Car Show will be held in Old Town Pinole on Sunday, June 26.
The event kicks off at 7 a.m. with a Pancake Breakfast at the Senior Center, 2500 Charles Ave. After breakfast, stroll through Fernandez Park in Downtown Pinole to check out the classic American and foreign-made cars.
“This family-friendly, fun-filled day will also have live music, dancing, local vendors, raffles and more,” organizers said.
The car show will prompt the closure of San Pablo Avenue to traffic between Tennent Avenue and Old Pinole Valley Road from 5:30 a.m. until the car show concludes at about 4 p.m. Traffic control officers and detour signs will be posted in the area to direct traffic around the closure, police said.
