San Pablo’s Public Works Department is hosting its next Dumpster Day for residents on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Residents can get rid of any old items that have been sitting around, with the exception of mattresses, electronic devices, tires, batteries and all hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides or any liquids). Commercial vehicles and moving trucks will not be allowed.
Dumpster Day will begin at 7 am. at 2600 Moraga Road (old El Portal school site) and continue until dumpsters get full.
“Due to COVID 19 and social distancing, the Maintenance Crews will NOT help unload the debris from the vehicles,” officials said. “Everyone unloading their own debris MUST wear masks.”
To be eligible, you will need to bring proof of San Pablo residency (a copy of your PG&E or EBMUD statement with your address, and a photo ID).
Please call (510) 215-3070 for more information and to verify if you live within the city limits.
