Residents in need can get free bags of groceries including produce at a drive-thru food distribution event at Contra Costa College in San Pablo on Wednesday.
The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano will distribute from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the college at 2600 Mission Bell Dr. The giveaway will happen at El Portal Drive and Castro, specifically.
“Come through for a box of emergency food (one per car) and bags of produce,” organizers said. “First-come, first-served while supplies last.”
