The San Pablo and Richmond police departments recently joined forces to welcome cyclists from Law Enforcement United National, who are in the midst of an 800-mile memorial ride across California.
The eight-day journey aims to support the families of fallen officers and esnure their service is remembered.
Local law enforcement hosted a ceremony to honor officers who died in the line of duty, such as San Pablo Officers Robert Wheeler and Ken Zink, and Sergeant Dave Neece. The event included a wreath presentation, a prayer, and a moment of silence.
