In an effort to increase transparency, we are letting you know flaring may occur during this time in accordance with our Air District-approved Flare Minimization Plan. Flaring is part of safe operations, and no off-site impacts are anticipated. We have notified the Air District of this work and encourage our community to learn how to sign-up for relevant notifications here.
Maintenance is vital for us to run the refinery safely and to continue to meet Northern California’s fuel demands.
