The 20th annual “Cinco de May Festival” is returning to Richmond on Sunday, May 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on 23rd Street.
Festival organizers from the 23rd Street Merchants Association and the 23rd Street Community Foundation Inc. said there will be “food, music and live entertainment for the entire family.”
In addition to spreading the word about the festival, organizers are calling out to food and commercial vendors interested in participating in one of the festival’s event spaces. More than 15,000 people attended the 2024 Cinco de Mayo event.
