Masquers Playhouse celebrates 70 years at annual ‘Crab Feed’

Masquers Playhouse is celebrating 70 trips around the sun and a dinnertime dip in the ocean with its “Annual Crab Feed,” set for Saturday, March 29 at the Richmond Galileo Club.

The fundraising event’s doors open at 5 p.m., with dinner served at 6 p.m.

Organizers said that the sit-down dinner that evening will include “a healthy serving of Dungeness crab, pasta salad, garlic bread or coffee. Entertainment, raffle prizes and more will set the tone for a memorable event for a worthy cause.

The fundraising dinner arrives as Masquers Playhouse is honoring its 70th anniversary at its home in Point Richmond. The volunteer, non-profit, community theatre produces and stages plays and other live theatrical events with reasonable ticket prices.
