Temple Beth Hillel invites community to Hannukkah Fair

Temple Beth Hillel is located at 801 Park Central in Richmond (I-80 Exit /Hilltop Drive).

All are welcome to Temple Beth Hillel’s festive and free Hanukkah Fair on Sunday, Dec. 8, from noon to 2 p.m.

Grab your menorah and join your local Jewish community to light the Hanukkah candles at a “high energy, crazy, noisy light festival with carbs.”

Free kids activities include candle lighting with Rabbi Dean and Cantor Marney, cookie decorating, face painting, PJ Library, dancing to music, and a bounce house (weather permitting).

As it is a Jewish festival, delicious food will be served. A homemade latke lunch with all the trimmings, fresh sufganyot (jelly donuts), hot chocolate and coffee will be for sale. Also, attendees can shop at Temple Beth Hillel’s famous homemade bake sale with goodies baked by its temple mavens.

Local makers will also be selling their wares. Chocolate gelt, Hanukkah candles, gifts, and more will be available for sale at Temple Beth Hillel’s newly stocked up Gift Shop. There will additionally be opportunities to win raffle prizes.

Attendees are also encouraged to bring toys and gifts cards for donation to children involved in Rubicon’s parenting programs.
