The Hercules City Council recently voted to appoint Patrick Tang as the interim city manager, following the impending departure of Dante Hall.
Tang previously served as the city attorney from 2011 to 2024.
The appointment aims to provide a smooth transition while the city looks for a permanent replacement.
Tang will officially start on March 24.
