Pinole’s Street Eats is off and running — and it’s delicious.
The first Street Eats event hosted by Kitchen@812 and the City of Pinole on Sept. 26 drew a strong community turnout and generated excitement for what’s next.
Local food vendors, artists, and families dined on downtown streets from 5 to 8 p.m., enjoying creative eats, art displays, and hands-on activities.
Kitchen@812, which supports emerging food entrepreneurs with mentorship, workshops, and operational assistance, launched Street Eats as a platform for vendors to test menus and gain exposure. There are two more dates upcoming in the series: Oct. 10 and Oct. 24, promising new improvements and surprises. Both events will again run from 5 to 8 p.m. in downtown Pinole, combining street food, artists, and community engagement.
Expect a continued collaboration with local partners, including Uptown Yard and Pinole Artisans Foundation, to bring art and enrichment to the evenings.
Attendees are encouraged to follow updates on social media, and to tag the events in their posts to help spread the word. The location remains Downtown Pinole, 2301 San Pablo Ave.
