Richmond police say their beat officers have focused attention over the past month on stopping street-level drug sales on Macdonald Avenue near 25th Street.
The focused enforcement has led to five arrests and the seizure of more than 95 grams of crack cocaine, 27 ounces of promethazine, 20 grams of methamphetamine, five grams of powdered cocaine and several pounds of marijuana.
RPD states it will “relentlessly pursue these drug leaders until they are removed from our neighborhoods for good.”
