A 27-year-old Richmond man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting two individuals who were walking their dog near Bayfront Park in Pinole.
Officers responded to the scene around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, and received a description of the suspect, leading to a police investigation and subsequent identification of Miguel Patino as the suspect.
Patino was later arrested at his home in Richmond and was booked on charges including aggravated battery, assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm and elder abuse.
