The Arlington Market, an East Richmond Heights neighborhood mainstay for coffee, juice, eggs, fresh produce and more, is celebrating the completion of vibrant, L-shaped mural on its building overlooking the parking lot.
The “Mural Celebration” event is set for Sunday, April 27 from 2-4 p.m. and will officially debut the completed mural called “Nourishing the Earth that Feeds Us.” The collaborative work, which depicts natural environs where food is grown and flourishes, was created by numerous neighborhood artists alongside members of Extinction Rebellion SF Bay Area.
Music, speakers, snacks, drinks and a kids art activity will all be part of the mural celebration mix.
