James Bond fan film to premiere in Richmond

A James Bond fan film, “007: Never Let Them See You Bleed,” was shot in Richmond and will celebrate its “Red Carpet Premiere” Monday, Nov. 11.

The screening will take place at 3:30 p.m. at Exhale Fitness, 5327 Jacuzzi St., Suite 3L-1 in Richmond.

The 25 minute film is presented by Exhale Fitness and stars Andrew J. Neis, a stunt performer whose work has appeared in “13 Reasons Why,” “Temple Run” and “Venom.”

The name of the fan film is derived from advice the character Q—predominantly played by actor Desmond Llewelyn—imparts to Bond in “The World is Not Enough,” namely, “Never let them see you bleed.” The fan film’s short trailer reveals its overriding theme…“When a new lethal weapon is about to be sold, there’s only one man that can stop it—007.”

British novelist Ian Fleming created the fictional character of Bond in the ‘50s. Check out the trailer for the fan film here.
