Richmond police are asking for the public’s help in finding 31-year-old Josue Fabian-Galdamez, who was last heard from on the morning of Monday, June 20, and may be suffering from mental distress.
The Richmond resident’s last known location was the Pacific Heights neighborhood in San Francisco, police said.
“According to Herbert’s family, he has not been diagnosed with any mental illnesses, but has recently been acting paranoid and going through a ‘psychotic break,” police said. “Herbert recently sent a cryptic text message to his family, stating this was the last time they would hear from him.”
