Marshawn Lynch’s waterfront Point Richmond home is listed for sale for $5.275 million, according to Realtor.com and other online real estate listing sites. The legendary former NFL running back reportedly purchased the home for $3.6 million in 2012.
The 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom, 7,039 square-foot home is located on an over 9,000 square-foot lot at 1456 Sandpiper Spit. It has two separate two-car garages and features a game room and media room and bedrooms with water views.
In February, the Los Angeles Times reported that Lynch had purchased an oceanfront home in Oahu, Hawaii, for $1.1 million. The Hawaiian home has five bedrooms, three bathrooms within 2,831-square-feet and on a parcel that is 9,516 square feet, the newspaper said.
