West County residents are invited to fetch free compost this Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 101 Pittsburg Ave. in Richmond.
Compost giveaways occur the first Wednesday of every month as part of a new initiative launched by the City Manager’s Office, Community Development and Environmental and Health Initiatives.
The compost is made right here in Richmond. The giveaway is self-service only, so bring your own container and shovel.
Valid identification stating residency is required.
