Oakland A’s, SF Giants to hold teacher appreciation game nights

In May, local teachers will get the hat tip by the San Francisco Giants and Oakland A’s in partnership with the Contra Costa Office of Education.

On Tuesday, May 7, educators, their colleagues, family and friends will receive discounted tickets at the A’s game versus the Cincinnati Reds at 7:07 p.m. The Oakland Coliseum will be all about educators, as the game will be themed “Teachers’ Night Out.” Attendees are eligible to receive commemorative A’s themed T-Shirt acknowledging the special night.

San Francisco Giants

On Monday, May 20, Oracle Park will celebrate the education community while watching the Giants take on the Atlanta Braves, first pitch 6:45 p.m. Once again, educators and crew are eligible for discount tickets and will each receive a special Giants themed chalkboard coffee mug. The evening’s discounted tickets can be purchased here.
