Richmond mayor to deliver State of City on Tuesday

Richmond community members are encouraged to donate to a citywide holiday food drive benefiting the Bay Area Rescue Mission.

The City of Richmond Community Services Department’s 3rd Annual Holiday Food Drive has food barrels located at various city facilities from now through Dec. 14.

Bring non-perishables to barrels in the following City facilities:

• Booker T. Anderson Community Center
• Building 440
• May Valley Community Center
• Parchester Community Center
• Recreation Complex
• Richmond Annex Senior Center
• Richmond City Hall
• Richmond Police Department
• Richmond Public Library – Bayview
• Richmond Public Library – West Side
• Richmond Senior Center
• Richmond Swim Center
• Shields-Reid Community Center
• Special events & DPRC

MOST NEEDED ITEMS:
• Stuffing mix
• Canned vegetables
• Cranberry sauce
• Coffee
• Sugar
• Honey
• Maple syrup
• Spices
• Cooking oils
