Here’s one way to show dedication to your job. A process server suffered minor injuries Friday morning after jumping onto the hood of a moving car in an attempt to serve divorce papers to a Richmond woman.

The incident occurred at 6:20 a.m. in the 600 block of Courtland Avenue, when the process server attempted to serve divorce papers to a woman as she was backing out of her garage, according to Richmond police Capt. Al Walle.

“The woman drove away so the process server jumped onto the hood of the car and held onto the windshield wipers as the woman drove down the street,” Walle reported. “The process server placed a manila envelope under one of the windshield wipers and jumped off the hood.”

The process server sustained minor abrasions to the knees and right hand but declined medical treatment, Walle said.

  7. Hey there this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG
editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I
wanted to get advice from someone with experience.
Any help would be enormously appreciated!
