Plans are in the works to provide the McDonald’s at 23rd Street and Macdonald Avenue a “facade renovation,” according to city documents.
At an upcoming City of Richmond Design Board Review meeting, a public hearing will be held to discuss plans to renovate the building and install other site and signage improvements, according to city documents.
Kevin McAuley, construction manager at McDonald’s USA, is listed as the applicant behind the renovation plans.
A public hearing was originally set for the March 14 meeting, but city staff has requested it be held over until March 28. No further details were immediately available, but stay tuned for updates at RichmondStandard.com.
