San Pablo residents have the option to get rid of old items at the city’s next Dumpster Day on Saturday, May 13.

The city’s Public Works Department is hosting the event at El Portal School (2600 Moraga Rd.) from 7 a.m. to noon, or whenever the dumpsters get full.

“We will accept everything with the exception of tires, batteries and all hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides or any liquids),” according to city officials.

Unfortunately, e-waste is no longer being accepted at Dumpster Day.

You must bring proof of San Pablo residency, such as your photo ID and a utility bill statement.
