Starting Saturday, the Richmond Police Activities League (RPAL) Mentoring program is holding its 1st Annual Pumpkin Patch, which will include not only pumpkins but a number of kid-friendly activities.
The Halloween pumpkin patch will take place at RPAL, 2200 Macdonald Ave., through Oct. 30. Entrance is free, but access to all activities requires wristband purchases of $5 prepaid and $7 at the door. That fee doesn’t include the cost of pumpkins.
The pumpkin patch will open from noon to 5 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. during the weekdays, and from 1 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30.
Along with the ability to pick a great pumpkin, kids will enjoy activities such as jumpers, pony rides, pumpkin carving, face painting and carnival games. There will also be concession stands. See the flier for more information.
