A traffic stop in San Pablo the night of Saturday, Oct. 18, led to the discovery of nearly one pound of suspected methamphetamine and a digital scale inside the vehicle’s center console, police said.
The quantity and equipment suggested intent to distribute rather than personal use, authorities added. Further details were not immediately available.
