Point Richmond Music (PRM) recently unveiled its Summer Concert lineup, with the nonprofit offering a “huge shout out” to one of its Board members, Kim Paternoster, “for putting in the real leg work on this. It’s never a small effort.”
Eight bands were selected to play during the four-concert series from a pool of over 100 band submissions. The popular festival kicks off Friday, June 13, and continues every second Friday of the month through September in downtown Point Richmond (Park Place between West Richmond and Washington Avenues) from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Each event features two bands, food trucks, local restaurants, and a wine, beer & margarita bar—proceeds from which support the all-volunteer run music series. Limited festival-style seating is available, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs. For more details, visit www.pointrichmondmusic.org.
