The Richmond Police Department issued 74 citations during a three-hour traffic operation Tuesday morning.
One of the citations was issued to a driver exceeding 100 mph on Richmond Parkway.
The RPD produced a brief video showing an officer on a motorcycle in the process of making a traffic stop and issuing a citation. The video included a cut-out clip of DJ Khaled repeatedly stating “another one,” which the RPD used to reference citations issued.
