The City of Pinole recently launched eTRAKiT, an upgraded online permitting and licensing system.
The system enables residents and business owners to manage their permits and licenses entirely online.
One can get instant permits for residential solar and energy storage systems, express permits for certain residential work issued within 2-3 business days and quick turnaround for simple permits like reroofing, water heaters, HVAC units and service panel replacements.
Applications for Building, Planning, and Public Works permits are now exclusively online. Paper and email applications will no longer be accepted.
