Starting Tuesday, AC Transit will operate a reduced schedule similar to existing Sunday service in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The modified schedule has minor time changes from the existing Sunday schedule, the transit agency said. Weekday-only local lines will not operate, including supplemental service. Transbay service, including Lines F, NL, O and 800 will continue operations. However, weekday-only Transbay lines will not operate.

All Nighter service, including Lines 800 and 801, will operate hourly, while Line 1 will operate hourly between midnight and 5 a.m.

Last week, AC Transit stopped requiring fare payment until further notice and began rear-door boarding to promote social distancing.
