San Pablo hosting Dumpster Day for residents this Saturday

San Pablo police sound alarm on vehicle vs. pedestrian accidents

The City of San Pablo’s Public Works Department is hosting a Dumpster Day Saturday, Sept. 8 at 2600 Moraga Road (old El Portal school site) from 7 a.m. until the dumpsters get full, according to the city.

“This is a chance for residents to get rid of any old items that have been sitting around,” city officials said. “We will accept everything with the exception of electronic devices, tires, batteries and all hazardous materials (paint, oil, pesticides or any liquids).”

In order to use this resource, you will need to bring proof of San Pablo residency (a copy of your PG&E or EBMUD statement with your address and a photo ID).

Commercial vehicles and moving trucks are not allowed and personal vehicles will be limited to two cubic yards
