The League of Women Voters of West Contra Costa County is asking community members to RSVP for a town hall in Richmond on Nov. 13 discussing the future of BART.

Two BART board members will attend the event to discuss BART’s challenges in the decades to come and plans to address them.

Read the flyer below for more information on the event, which is set to run from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Richmond City Council Chambers at 440 Civic Center Plaza.
